However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, holidays, or customs.

We can update the shipping address only if the order has not been dispatched yet.


💔 MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product

  2. Include your order number

We’ll replace it free of charge as soon as we confirm the issue.
