🕒 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, with tags

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at support@fursmile.com. We will provide the return address and clear instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item

  • The wrong product

Contact us immediately at support@fursmile.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or special orders)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Place a new separate order once your return is accepted


🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
